The hotel of choice in Shanghai. Wonderful and clean place, wonderful and fantastic staff from the Lady in red to the doorman. Double room with lough access. Marvellous setting in the pretty nice area, really close to all the big Malls like In IFC, Super Brand Mall, Oriental pearl Tower, Jin Mao Tower;)))

Very comfortable room and gorgeous bathroom with quality products. Beautiful pool and spa area and very quiet. Staff very sweet and helpful. Beautiful views.
The food wasn't great and quite expensive. Lobby and all public areas almost "dead", especially the lovely bar with jazz.

John
The rooms were splendid, tidy, came with generously sized high quality and the usual soaps, for example. Location: the hotel was close enough to pudong airport, international restaurant / cafes such as Tim Hortons, and subway stop.

Excelent design, great location, friendly staff most of them.
expensive eatting in the hotel, staff need to be more skillful with foreign languages. Even if 9 out of ten staff was great, friendly and polite, just the bad attitude of the tenth was enough to destroy the image of the team.

Magnificent location just off a nice quite business area, the Lujiazui subway station, and the centre of Pudong.
